Our Team

Our board is drawn from the IT, commercial and legal domains, with extensive track record in both the public and private sectors. Together they offer expert advice, industry insight and leadership.

William Hampton - Director
William is an experienced technology consultant and IT strategist with a twenty year track record within the industry, gained across multiple sectors including financial services, manufacturing, telecoms and government. His career to date has, amongst others, encompassed two of the 'big four' consultancies. He has led numerous infrastructure programmes, particularly in the fields of strategy implementation, systems consolidation and cost reduction. Additionally William possesses extensive business transformation experience, and is an excellent stakeholder manager with a natural ability to build consensus and commitment. He has significant international experience and is fluent in three languages – German, French and Spanish.

Mark is a seasoned consultant with over 18 years experience of leading and delivering infrastructure technology engagements for numerous blue chip clients across a wide range of industry sectors. Over this time he has acquired extensive technical, commercial and business insight, which he effectively combines to create high value solutions for clients, helping them to maximise value from strategic IT investments. Mark has a consistent track record of conceiving and delivering technical solutions for clients, enabling them to meet their business and technology transformation objectives.

Martin is a commercially minded, senior management executive with over 25 years operational and consulting experience gained from working with an impressive portfolio of blue-chip organisations. He has worked extensively in both the government and private sectors and across multiple industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services & banking, telecoms and facilities industries. Martin is a skilled contract negotiator, with experience of negotiating multi-billion pound contracts across a range of business services. Martin brings this wealth of experience to support clients in driving transformational change and delivering successful business outcomes.

Andy Sutherland - Director
Andy has 20 years' experience as commercial and legal lead on outsourcing, ICT and infrastructure deals. He has particular experience of supporting global companies throughout the lifecycle of complex, business critical IT and communications procurement. Andy’s expertise extends beyond sourcing activities into operational management roles, where he provides strategic leadership and support to contract and vendor management, problem solving and dispute resolution, deal restructuring and renegotiation and successful exit and service transfer. He has supported private sector customers across all industries, including manufacturing, retail, defence, banking and finance, insurance, health, transport, travel and tourism, IT and telecoms and energy and utilities. Andy also has deep experience of acting for both customers and suppliers in the public sector, and recently has held commercial and operational roles at The Cabinet Office and The Ministry of Justice. Andy is legally qualified (admitted as a solicitor in the UK in 2002), and has held senior lead lawyer and negotiator roles in tech & sourcing teams at leading City law firms. He has also held senior legal and commercial management positions at EDS, BAe Systems and GEC Marconi.
